By inviting ScamShield to your Discord server or using the ScamShield dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the bot or dashboard.

2. Description of Service

ScamShield is a Discord bot that automatically detects and removes scam messages. It provides server administrators with configurable actions, cross-server detection linking, and a web dashboard for management.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ScamShield. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and comply with Discord's Terms of Service.

4. Bot Usage

• ScamShield is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
• We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the bot at any time for violations of these terms.
• You may not use ScamShield for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Server administrators are responsible for configuring the bot's actions appropriately for their server.

5. Dashboard Usage

• Access to the dashboard requires authentication via Discord OAuth2.
• You may only configure servers where you have the Administrator permission.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account.

6. Limitation of Liability

ScamShield and its developers are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the bot, including but not limited to false positives/negatives in scam detection, message deletion, or moderator actions taken based on bot detections.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of ScamShield after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to ScamShield for any server or user that violates these terms or engages in abusive behavior toward the bot or its operators.
